Some may think the woman are being exploited because the uniforms are short shorts and small tank tops with shoulder pads and helmets but the videos at the website show fast paced action and hard hitting with the sexiness. You may ask one question. How do the women get paid? The women get paid a percentage of the gate. The winning team gets a higher percentage than the losing team. This pay-system makes sure the players give their all for full entertainment to their fans.
