Tomato Basil Bruschetta

Tomato Basil Bruschetta

Ingredients

12 slices of Italian Bread cut in 1/2 inch thick

1/4 cup-Extra virgin olive oil

2 ea- large tomatoes, rough chopped

3 TBL-Kalamata Olives, rough chopped

2 ea- garlic cloves, finely chopped

3 TBL- Fresh Basil, julienned

1 TBL-Capers

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 TBL -Parmesan Cheese

 

Directions

Place bread on an ungreased sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake until golden brown. While bread is toasting, mix tomatoes, olives, garlic, basil, capers and salt and pepper. Spoon tomato mixture over toasted bread. Top bread with Parmesan cheese. Serve at room temperature with Balsamic Vinegar
